During my recent New Year getaway at Hotel Hirschen Am See, I was charmed by the stunning lake views from our spacious room, which truly set a magical tone for the whole trip. The serene atmosphere here, coupled with the exceptional warmth of the staff, particularly Herr Obermeyer and Julia, made my stay even more memorable; their attentiveness felt like being welcomed into a close friend's home. Breakfast was a delightful affair served on the terrace, where the fresh Swiss air and picturesque lake view accompanied an array of local specialties that would satisfy any culinary enthusiast. The hotel's location is all too perfect, balancing tranquility with convenience-an easy stroll gets you to the train station for quick access to Zurich's vibrant center, while still allowing you to retreat to this peaceful oasis. I can't recommend this place enough! Whether solo or with company, you'll find solace in every corner and a culinary journey that captivates the palate. I will absolutely be returning!
